I'm a young health professional trying to survive a forced hiatus from work after a recent mental health crisis.

I'm on a journey to redefine my identity after my fulltime working girl status turned in a day into fulltime stay-at-home and try-to-fill-in-the-time and adjust to having newly diagnosed bipolar disorder chick!

My journey has taken me through many creative pursuits, has led to me discovering new perspectives through which to see the world and that's just so far.
