Dan Kirby, AIA, AICP, LEED AP, NCARB is a registered architect and certified urban planner. He is also an NCARB-certified architect and a LEED Accredited Professional. Dan has had management and design responsibilities on a variety of projects including mixed-use, multi-family communities, hospitality, renovations, campus planning, retail and convention facilities. Dan has been responsible for development, design, scheduling, and management of projects throughout the United States and abroad. He is a principal with Premiere Cities Group and also a member of the five-member governing board for OUC, Florida’s second largest municipally-owned utility provider. Dan is First Vice President of AIA Florida (Florida Association of the American Institute of Architects) and has been elected to serve as the organization's 2013 President.
