Dan Klausner

Dan Klausner is a respected presence in Carmel, Indiana, who leads the Silver Birch Companies as managing member. His focus is on identifying business opportunities and structuring transactions in ways that maximize results. Among Dan Klausner’s accomplishments has been purchasing and selling real estate totaling more than a million square feet. He also has overseen the successful sale of health care software firm Maaguzi.

Mr. Klausner also oversees Paradigm Real Estate Investments. In 2016, he guided groundbreaking on a redevelopment of the historic Rosner Building. This project involved a $2.5 million Paradigm investment, with the leased space anchored by Wilcox Environmental Engineering, Inc., as its largest tenant.

Mr. Klausner’s past experience includes a position as senior vice president with Prudential Securities in Indianapolis, where he served as lead partner with a group that produced significant transactions. Dan Klausner’s philanthropic efforts include co-founding the Chung Do Kwan Foundation and endowing an Indiana University family scholarship.
