About Me
Hi there, thanks for dropping in and checking out my page! I'm a retired paramedic/police officer, serving nearly 30 years in multiple jurisdictions.
Upon retirement, we purchased a business in beautiful sunny Arizona where I assisted Seniors in the transition from home to an appropriate level care facility. I'm forever grateful for being trusted by hundreds of clients to better their lives! Seniors are some of our most vulnerable and valuable individuals in society.
We returned to BC and in 2021 I attended UBC Business School and obtained my real estate license and began this new journey. I originally was planning to join my brother, Henry E. Klop, one of Chilliwack's top realtors, however sadly Henry lost his battle to cancer shortly after I began. Nevertheless, I forged forward, attempting to provide the same level service Henry gave to every client. I've since adopted the tagline “Putting the Real back into Realtor” and have been striving to fulfill that!
Having started and exited from several companies, it was a natural progression to begin coaching others on building out a great business, properly positioning for a profitable exit when you choose.
Being a self-professed airplane nut, I love all things that fly! I have been a private pilot since early 1990, holding both a Canadian and American private pilot license. I am currently building a Zenith Ch-750 Cruzer kitplane and look forward to flying all over North America in this!
