Dan Lovering

Sales Operations Manager in Ledbury, Herefordshire, UK

I’m a 40-something husband to Stace, dad to Molly, and wrangler of two wildly unhinged terriers, Dottie and Wilf. Home is Herefordshire, though I spend as much time as I can outdoors, whether that’s walking, wild camping, or braving another Saturday watching Bristol Rovers (rarely enjoyable, but always character-building).

By trade, I’m a Sales Operations Manager for a fibre rope manufacturer. By passion, I’m a wanderer. I’ve stood on the highest points at every corner of Britain and camped everywhere from woodland to farmland to lonely hilltops. Once, I stumbled across an unmapped waterfall, named it after my daughter, and was absurdly proud when the name stuck across Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, Mapbox, TripAdvisor, and Wikipedia.

I’ve been a member of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society for more than a decade, and a Bristol Rovers season ticket holder for far too long. One decision good for the soul, the other… still under review.
