The bright young lawyer joined the firm over a decade ago as an articled clerk and has worked his way up the ranks, being appointed partner in 2007.
He also undertook a two and a half year stint with one of the United Kingdom’s most prestigious firms – Field, Fisher, Waterhouse – considered among the country’s leaders in the hotel and leisure sector, and is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
Mr Marino took up his equity partnership on April 1 2010, joining Hickey Lawyers owner-partners Tony Hickey, Mark Lacy, Joe Welch and Simon Chan.
He has extensive experience in the liquor and gaming industry and, like all solicitors at the firm, sophisticated development and commercial property work.

Along with his extensive industry experience, Mr Marino has completed a Masters of Law specialising in commercial and corporate law, a Bachelor of Law/Bachelor of Business (majoring in Accountancy) and a post graduate diploma in legal practice in New South Wales, allowing him to practice cross border.
