I began my professional experience career in Information Technology more than 35 years ago. Starting as technician, trainer and consultant for Hardware and Software infrastructure products.

Now I am responsible for IT Service Management to establish and refine Service Delivery processes. On my way, I continued always further education and qualification in Project and Quality Management, and Information Security to apply experience and application in the working environment.

I want to learn more and something new in all of this, but I am also interested in art, exhibitions, architecture, classic music, theater, literature as well as cycling to keep my body in shape.
