Hi, I'm Danni, an experienced consultant working across the SME sector specifically in operations & Human Capital. I love to travel and experience the world. I've found through my travels that if I hold a camera up to my eye, 'old skool style', I see a concentrated version of the world in front of me – I can focus on a specific area without distraction.

I use this theory when I am working with my clients. Initially we look at the world in front of us; the big picture, then we look through the viewfinder providing a narrower point of view to see the areas of the business or their lives that need a particular focus. Sometimes we use a wide angle lens, other times we need to zoom in on a particular issue or task – then there are the times when we go macro!
