I speak at a number of the world’s leading business schools have planned and run some of the largest mergers in the world, was the CFO of a listed company, sat on the board of a charity, set up DD Consulting (www.ddavisconsulting.com and www.gpmip.com) and played water polo for my country.

I have been a guest speaker at London Business School for more than a decade, on the strategy and M&A courses, going in a few times each year to speak. Was programme director M&A at Henley Business School for three years and have spoken at a number of other business schools and conferences, including Vlerick, Imperial college, Ashridge, Brunel.

I have worked on both small and large deals; from a $16bn deal through to a £5mn. Contributions range from 2 days work shops and reviews to a 3 year $6bn deal consolidating the european parts of two FTSE 100 companies, across 30 countries, 250 business units and 26 functions. Deals cover corporate transactions, private equity and charity.
I was CFO of a listed oil and gas company, help a family and friends fund look for investments and served as the youngest ever trustee on the board of the Chartered Management Institute, chaired their Marketing and Policy Committee and currently sit on their Experts Panel.

My experience provides me with a good theoretical understanding as well as a proven ability to deliver M&A integration and lead transformation in highly complex organisations.
