With a career spanning 20+ years, I have had the privilege
of working in some of the best known manufacturing organizations in the world,
in a variety of functions. I've worked with wonderful people, and have learned from some of the best manufacturing
minds.

People say I have a knack for peering into a manufacturing organization and quickly grasping the key mission critical values. I have consistently found and implemented ground breaking changes in multiple organizations which have resulted in millions of dollars of cost improvements, satisfied clients, and developed a more rewarding atmosphere for growth and development with the team members I have worked with.

Coming from a small town in West Texas, I grew up with common sense and an honest and friendly demeanor. I'm a natural people person. I had from an early age an inquisitive nature, always asking the question why.

I'm a great listener and have honed my skills over the years, with one of my best learning techniques, who I credit to an early mentor: If I'm not sure I understand, I ask "Help me to Understand". You could ask anyone I've worked with how often they've heard this question, and they would tell you constantly.

I was lucky enough to have landed some early high visibility roles, and became recognized quickly as the "Fire Fighter"... I parachuted into multiple scenarios, from my first role as the change agent in Johnson Controls Australia, to being handed a multi-site start-up for a complex OEM program, where the tooling and design were six months behind schedule. In every instance, my team feels I'm the eye of the storm, a rock to anchor them, and that I will come up with the solutions to move us forward.
