Danny Riley

Danny Riley is a Chartered Manager and Learning and Development Professional in the Financial Sector who serves as a speaker, trainer, and coach in the fields of leadership, communication, and culture change.

Over the last six years Danny has developed hundreds of leaders and speakers through his motivational speeches, coaching evaluations, speechwriting, and training programmes.

This has included several projects in schools, colleges, universities, and for the public through Project Charisma, a transformational training experience which combines acting, public speaking, and mindset coaching techniques.

Danny also ran a six month training and coaching programme for six TEDx speakers at the start of 2019 in the lead-up to the TEDx Fullwood event in May which was a great success.

A dedicated member of Toastmasters International, Danny is a former President and Area Director Toastmasters, and continues to give his time and support to the speaking community. Danny is also an associate member of the Professional Speakers Association, a member of the CIPD, and also remains a Chartered Manager with CMI.

When he isn't giving speeches, coaching clients, or running training programmes, he spends his time reading, learning, cycling, and trying to be a great husband :)
