Danny Signorelli

Founder & CEO in Houston, TX

Danny Signorelli founded The Signorelli Company in 1994 with a simple goal: build communities where people can genuinely live, work, shop, and gather. Based in The Woodlands, Texas, his company has since grown into one of the state's largest privately held real estate developers, with a portfolio spanning more than 20,000 acres and projects like Austin Point, a 4,700-acre master-planned city now underway in Fort Bend County, Texas. Another example of Signorelli’s market making capabilities is Valley Ranch, a 1,400-acre master-planned community in New Caney that features the Houston area's most-visited open-air shopping center. Danny was named Developer of the Year by the Greater Houston Builders Association and was a national finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award. But he's equally proud of the company's giving-back culture: through the East Montgomery County Scholarship Foundation, Angel Reach Village, and campaigns for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Danny and his wife, Angie, have helped raise and donate more than $4 million to causes supporting education, housing, and vulnerable families. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Danny sits on the university's Mays Business School Advisory Board and remains a Texas Facilities Commissioner. He and Angie live in The Woodlands where they have raised four children with a shared commitment to faith, service, and resilience.
