Daniel Menchaca, an artist best known as Danny Sixx is a Mexico City born, Sydney based artist. With works around the globe in places like, Kenya, Italy, Germany, Australia and New Zealand, he is known for his mexican Day Of the dead inspired work, that reference retro tattoos, Mexican motifs, skulls and Dia de los Muertos imagery. He combines history, cultural icons and bright colours for a modern twist on familiar images finding the Beauty in Darkness.
