I haven't always known what I've wanted in life, even though I always thought I did! It turns out that some of my most favorite things at one time aren't all that important. Video games can't carry you to a new life, even though that's what they pretend to do. In the long run what's important is your faith, your family, and being morally just.
Time is so fleeting. Children grow years in the blink of an eye and it's so easy to be distracted by the bills, the lawn, or the commute. Things have claimed our lives instead of Moments. This world lays a claim on your life and without realizing it we acquiesce and trudge off on the path it lays before us. To be fair, some of that path must be followed, but once you realize you can leave that path, you have a choice to make. What would you do, for more time with your children?
Health is of utmost importance to me, too. I quit a long term position primarily because I couldn't continue working for their end client which mass-produced processed foods. I want to be healthy, and I want everyone to share in good health, long life, and the sense of well-being that goes with it.
