I own Evans Butler Realty, Inc., a commercial real estate firm in Florida. I specialize in the selling and leasing of property in Brevard County. My expertise has led to a number of companies locating on the Space Coast. I enjoy working with clients. Those that list with me are provided professional, timely service. Those that want to know the area in detail can rely on my thirty years of experience. My education at the University of South Florida is in Mass Communications, with an emphasis on Film Making. I have made some attempts at writing fiction, mostly screenplays and some objective and subjective observations about life.
