I'm a coach because I'm not comfortable with the way I feel, how strong I am, how much endurance I have, or the fact that as I get older I feel more vulerable than ever.

I've lived on two continents, traveled and done business in Asia-Pacific and America, and have always been very aware of my relationship to my immediate environment. Sometimes that leaves me a little nervous.

In response I learned to train for strength, safety and peace of mind. My training programs are fast, friendly, and fun. And people feel better, and they feel stronger, and they live safer.
