I've been on radio and TV for CBS News since the late 1970s in several dozen countries, and now I'm serving as National Correspondent for CBS Radio News in Washington. The assignments are very varied, and I host a radio magazine show -- CBS News Weekend Roundup -- which is on many stations and easily found on the internet, iTunes, or the CBS Radio News app.

In addition, I have authored or co-authored six books. Most have been about the Middle East. In 1990, Yossi Melman and I had a best seller, Every Spy a Prince. Our new book, also about Israel's intelligence community, came out in 2012 -- titled Spies Against Armageddon: Inside Israel's Secret Wars.
