Public Service/Customer Service Experience Greenville, SC

Leading sales promoter at Dixie Homecrafters, a home improvement contractor in Greer, SC. As such, I interact with hundreds of customers each week, selling them on the benefits of Dixie's Gutter Guards and other home improvement products.

Reorganized the filing system at the state's OneStop employment center on Pendleton Street in Greenville, making it easier for job seekers to get timely unemployment aid.

Supervised daily activities of as many as 25 homeless military veterans at Alston Wilkes Society's home for veterans in Greenville. Responsibilities included maintaining meal records of for billing/accounting purposes, resolving resident issues to maintain order in the Greenville facility and investigating and documenting incidents involving residents at the home.

SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE.

Supervised the daily activities as many as 25 adults at the Alston Wilkes home in Greenville, SC

Supervised 20 sailors while serving as a division officer aboard a Navy ship engaged in the Vietnam War.
