Dan Leahy

Dan is currently the Marketing and Communications Manager at the Bolingbrook Park District, where it's clear co-workers recognize and appreciate his diverse skill set, deeming him "the word guy." Known to true friends as Hoss, Dan enjoys running, golf, video games and relentlessly pursuing the finest music, movies and dining his ever-dwindling budget allows. In a previous life, Dan enjoyed a meteoric rise through the journalistic ranks (heh) and held the position of Editor-in-Chief at Ziff-Davis Media. Other than the luxury of being able to play games for a large portion of the work week, Dan also saw Halo before the rest of the world, attended a Super Bowl and other high-profile events, and got to hob-knob with some athletes and celebs. He lives in Bolingbrook, IL with his lovely and talented wife Marianne, sons Tyler and Camden, and increasingly skittish dog Shadow.
