An architectural designer based in Granby, Connecticut, Dante Boffi recently established a pub to provide locally inspired tavern food and drinks for the community. The pub features high-quality spirits such as whiskey and bourbon, as well as an extensive menu of craft beers. The rock-and-roll-inspired menu features traditional pub food such as burgers, sandwiches, and salads. Dante Boffi founded the pub along with three local friends, who decided to name their establishment Four Dads Pub.

Mr. Boffi balances his responsibilities at Four Dads Pub with his work as owner of Dante J. Boffi Design, a small firm that focuses on restaurant design and medical office programming. Handling everything from design sketches to construction documents, he combines functionality with aesthetic appeal to meet the individual needs of each client.

Mr. Boffi holds a bachelor of architecture from Syracuse University, and spent a year studying abroad in Florence, Italy. An avid table tennis player in his free time, he has also served as a high school football coach since 2007.
