We have in this country a great problem. For decades wages have not kept pace with inflation. People are now struggling to get by and achieve the American Dream. Something must be done. We need to organize for mutual support.

That is why I am proud to announce the establishment of the American Workforce Institute (AWI). We here at AWI will be a voice for the middle class. We will uplift struggling professionals and those who still believe in the American Dream. We will make it real to them.

We will work with anyone will believes that it is unjust that inequality has risen so high in the United States, the wealthiest country in the world and the land of opportunity. We will bring together the dispossessed, the frustrated, those who deserve more and have lost to the expense of other. But we will not call them victims.

We will empower them. We will empower ourselves. We are the change we seek.
