Providing early problem detection tools based on sales trends segmented by several categories like country, server, product or business test. Responsible of the latest main database upgrade from 10gR2 to 11gR2, development of high availability mechanisms and the configuration of the dataguard instance. Since 2013, developing the lead dba role for one of odigeo’s brands database which manages one fourth of total business transactions.
