Danya Williams

Danya is part of the Management Team at Frog Recruitment (Frog) representing the Marketing division. Supported by the highly productive marketing team, Danya plans and implements the annual marketing communications program for key customer groups: clients, candidates, colleagues and community.

As a brand ambassador, Danya is acutely aware of the importance in delivering both corporate and employer brands to the market, across a multitude of platforms and formats. Initiatives are continuously developed by Danya to strengthen internal and external communications, collaboration and culture, whilst identifying opportunities for growth, candidate acquisition, client lead generation, knowledge sharing, and brand positioning. Products and services Danya has brought to the market range from innovative sourcing, attraction, digital, mobile, social and virtual recruitment solutions.

Danya is originally from Sydney, Australia where she graduated with a multifaceted degree in conceptual design. Danya pursued a career in corporate marketing within Avid Australia / Amber Technology the market leader for audio visual software and equipment. Drawn to New Zealand by love, Danya was introduced to New Zealand marketing in the fast paced property market at Barfoot & Thompson before arriving at Frog Recruitment as the Marketing Communications Manager in 2007.

Based in KL, Malaysia, Danya has the unique hands on experience accessing the latest virtual recruitment tools and technologies, whilst being exposed to global businesses and cross cultural environments, by managing a marketing team in NZ and supplier relationships around the world. She is an avid reader keeping up to date with the latest trends in marketing and employment industries globally.
