Brian Danzyger

Hello, I am Brian Danzyger. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with strong technical and clinical experience.

I have a wide variety of interests spanning from existential philosophy, to phenomenology, psychology, and neuroscience

I am a strong advocate for quality assurance and increased accessibility of mental health services.

I am currently involved in a number of mental health related projects, one of which aims to study the development and integration of certified peer support specialists into the mental healthcare workforce.

I am particularly interested in the study of schizophrenia and psychotic disorders. I have studied a variety of domains related to this topic spanning from phenomenological and experiential perspectives, legislative policies such as those involving involuntary commitment and forced treatment, and a range of new therapeutic interventions which are currently under development.
