My approach lies squarely at the intersection of neuroscience & social psychology & is based on empirical & science-backed evidence showing the impact of our mindsets on our behaviors; our attitudes; how we manage our ego; our choices; the value we place on relationships & giving to others; the values we hold sacred; our ability to thrive; etc.
