She is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and holds a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine. As a passionate advocate of wholistic health and well-being, she specializes in hands on healing, food as medicine and movement as awakening. She is deeply devoted to empowering and uplifting the sacred feminine. Ever-inspired by the movement arts she teaches classes and nourishing practices that are rooted in hatha yoga, Qi Gong, and sacred dance.
