Hello! I'm Darcy Darbin, a teenager at Communications High School and have just completed my first book, The Drive. I'm getting ready to publish it as well as e-publish it and want everyone to hear about it. I'm a dediated runner, future farmer, and excited about entering the world of authors!

The Drive is about two friends, Mira and Isaac, who have been best friends ever since they met and live as neighbors in an apartment complex in Minisink, New Jersey. Isaac, who is insecure yet infatuated with power, is tired of his waiting job at a local tavern and finally lands a job at Integrity Bank as an assistant to the visionary Lawrence Ashburton, who has big plans to revitalize the bank. As Isaac becomes more and more obessed with the plan, he slowly loses Mira, who loses her patience with his obsession. Eventually, they propose the plan, but will it follow through? How will Isaac deal with this new stress in his life? What will become his drive?
