Combining my passion for building businesses that promote women with my enthusiasm for developing successful leaders and programs, I am currently the Program/Event Strategist for WiRL [Women in Real Life].

Holding multiple leadership positions throughout my academic career, my passion manifest itself when I was nominated to the first Executive Council for Sigma Kappa, a brand new women's fraternity at my college [2011]. As VP of New Member Education, and working with an assistant, it was my responsibility to develop an education program that could reflect the values and standards of the group, while also creating a new generation of leaders.

Since then, I have been active in leadership development through Womenspace [2011-2012], an organization for women based in Mercer County, NJ, as well as event coordination with AARP- NJ [2011].

One of the most rewarding experiences I had was working for the Bureau of Education in Shenzhen, China, where I taught English to 4th, 5th, and 6th grade classes at a public school in the south of China. In this role, I developed my own curriculum, and managed 50-60 children per classroom. I also started the school's first PenPal Exchange program, connecting my student's with my youngest sister's 5th grade classroom in Kinnelon, NJ. The program was a success- the children loved it!

Now, I develop my passion for promoting women as the Program/Event Strategist for WiRL. Working on a team of 2, I work hard to manage every aspect of running a business and program: strategic planning, financial reporting, program development, marketing, sales, graphic & web design, daily operations, customer service, tech support, partnerships, and managing presenters.

I am also a member of Junior League of Seattle, a community service organization for women.

In addition, I am a frequent flyer who loves to connect with other travelers.
