Darcy Grady

Darcy has 15 years of managerial experience. During that time he learned how to coach and mentor those around him. He was able to figure out their "why" for working and then align their goals with the goals of the company to sustain a productive department and business.

Since becoming an entrepreneur, Darcy has taken those coaching skills and has become passionate about teaching and encouraging people to focus on where they want to go by first understanding they have to start with where they are.

His purpose is to challenge others to critically think about what they want, why they don't have it, and to strategize and implement their next steps to accomplish their goals both personally and professionally.

Currently, he works along side committed financial advisors who are passionate about providing a holistic, consultative, and fiduciary approach to our clients' insurance and financial needs. Through education, Darcy shares ideas and innovative solutions to help people who are just starting out on their financial journey or who are looking to get a second opinion.

Education is provided to empower our clients to make better decisions when dealing with their finances. Our goal is to create a win-win with our clients. Servicing others really drives Darcy's behavior and that is why he values long-term relationships that are built on trust and integrity.

On a personal note, Darcy is a devoted husband, father, friend, and entrepreneur. He is married to the love of his life (Katie) and has three beautiful children he adores. Darcy values personal growth and development, working out, riding bike, playing league sports, coaching his children's sports team and meeting good people.
