Darcy Tharp

Darcy is the HNBA Board & Member Services Assistant Director. In this role, Darcy works closely with the National Board of Directors to ensure the smooth running of HNBA operations. She also assists the HNBA with all communications, creative branding, and marketing materials including: graphic design of flyers and pamphlets, Noticias, E-Noticias, and e-blasts. Utilizing her background in production and media, Darcy implemented and runs HNBA en Vivo, a new initiative that brings live updates, exclusive interviews, sneak peeks inside events, testimonials, and more, all through videos.

Prior to joining the HNBA, Darcy held an array of positions organizing events, working in marketing and media and communications, and most recently as the Managing Editor of MOST Magazine.
