I have 30 years in the transportation industry designing and managing projects of all sizes and types. Most recently, I have been the Design Manager for several Design-Build projects to include: Route 36 Roadway Improvements (VDOT), Crosspointe Centre Roadway Improvements (Prince George County), Middle Ground Boulevard Extension (VDOT), I-581/Elm Avenue Interchange Improvements (VDOT), Heritage Center Parkway (Prince William County), Rolling Road/Franconia-Springfield Parkway Interchange Improvements (VDOT), I-95 at Temple Avenue Interchange Improvements (VDOT), and I-64 Segment II (VDOT). I am a partner in RDA, Executive Director of Design-Build Services, and proud to be on the Board for ASHE's Old Dominion Section.
