Dr. Daria Graham was affiliated with the University of Dayton (UD) for over 29 years, where she worked and earned her bachelor of science in business administration, her master of science in education and allied professions, and her Ph.D. in higher education. Her research interests include leadership development, racial and ethnic minorities, gender performance and normativity, intersectionality and Critical Race Theory. She has presented nationally on social justice, diversity and inclusion, collaborative strategies and initiatives in higher education, and mission-informed practices in higher education.

Daria currently serves as the Associate Vice President, Dean of Students and Co-Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at California State University, San Bernardino. Her professional experience includes serving as an adjunct faculty member for the departments of sociology, anthropology and social work, music, and education and allied professions at UD. Daria also has expertise in student crisis support, mental health first aid, graduate student and graduate assistant development, and structuring social justice education action at personal and institutional levels. Her notable achievements include through her leadership, the University of Dayton's Fall 2019 first-year student cohort was the first in the University’s history to complete a required online diversity module as part of their orientation to the University of Dayton community and the creation of co-curricular transcripts at the University of Dayton and California State University, San Bernardino.
