Erika Darics is a transdisciplinary scholar in applied linguistics, discourse and organizational studies, and business communication. In her research she explores why and how language matters - specifically in business and organisational contexts, such as ESG and CSR reporting, social media communication, virtual work, leadership or customer service. Her teaching and research focuses on the power of critical language awareness as a key competence for the future, and how greater awareness of language fosters inner development, self-awareness, and critical thinking.
