My name is Darius Dela Cruz. I am a Learning & Development professional operating out of the Great White North in Ottawa, ON.

As a lifelong learner, my passion and interests range in the pursuit of personal and professional development. I’ve been blessed to have experiences that have yielded a career that has been fairly organic in its growth – meaning my interests in one thing has led to greater explorations and skill development that have led to a wonderful career working with technology and people.

Professionally, I have been working in the field of Learning & Development for 10+ years where I observe, listen, learn and collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging virtual and in-person learning experiences. Using a systemic approach, I consult organizations in developing strategies for adopting new technologies used in the teaching and learning process. I enjoy helping people grow into their personal and professional effectiveness and advance in their career through the realization of their learning potential.
