Dariusz Kazimierz Krzesniak

During the last 30 years of my professional activity, I have been exceptionally lucky to have the pleasure of dealing with issues which I am interested in and which give me a lot of satisfaction: heading implementation projects, organizing parts of the activities of enterprises, setting up entire companies from scratch, managing departments of different organizations, managing entire companies – those employing few people only, as well as those which employed nearly 10 000 people.
I have had the opportunity of becoming familiar with various sectors of the economy: armaments industry; clothing industry, IT industry, FMCG sector, real estate industry as well as various forms of activities such as production, trade and services. I was able to put into use all my abilities and knowledge when restructuring small companies but also when participating in the privatization projects of large enterprises. When sitting in the Supervisory Boards of companies I used my knowledge in the control processes for the sake of and from the point of view of the owner. I have advised financial institutions in decision-making processes providing them with evaluations of the condition and future prospects of companies of their interest.
