I'm a retired Administrative Assistant who has worked in just about every kind of corporate industry there is, from motorcylces (American Honda) to makeup (Merle Norman Cosmetics). Now I enjoy writing poetry (one self published book: Wind Dancers), photography and cooking. My biggest challenge these days is finding recipes that are sugar-free, gluten-free, and corn-free (as in corn starch or corn syrup) for my husband who was recently diagnosed with cancer.
