Darlene Berliner

Darlene Berliner is a versatile Human Resource executive with 17+ years of experience. She is a subject matter expert in all facets of HR management, and always ensures that HR is tightly synced with a company’s culture and goals. The results: positive, motivating work environments which benefit individuals and organizations alike.

Darlene has served as a strategic partner to the C-suites of companies spanning numerous industries: global manufacturing, healthcare, oil and gas/marine geosciences, and professional services. As a partner to all business leaders of an organization, Darlene is able to influence and execute change -- and as a staff manager, she ensures that all associates have the knowledge, support, and motivation to meet company objectives.

Her dual MBA and SPHR credentials give her an advantage over her colleagues, as does her approach to any position. She prides herself on her ability to adapt to new situations with only the slightest notice, and particularly enjoys working within the realms of employee relations and conflict management, employee engagement analysis, performance management, and leadership training and development. Darlene views her role as a Human Resources professional as a connector, as she strives to align human capital with company strategy to their greatest capacity, and builds strong relationship between staff members from interns to chief officers.

Darlene Berliner began her educational career at Queens College, where she obtained a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Communications. Later in her career, she returned to the academic scene for her Master's in Business Administration at Houston Baptist University. She has since served in the Human Resources department for a wide variety of companies in the Houston area, including Fastrack Copier Services, Fugro-McClelland Marine Geosciences, Inc., Zeno Manufacturing, and RediClinic.
