Darlinton Carvalho

Dárlinton Barbosa Feres Carvalho has a PhD and MsC in Computer Science from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Ouro Preto (UFOP). He is experienced in various business fields. He has worked at Siemens Corporate Research (Princeton, USA), Automatos and RNP (Rio de Janeiro) and the Brazilian Ministry of Education (Brasilia). He is currently a Professor at Federal University of São João del Rei (UFSJ). His main research interest concerns the studying and development of disruptive technologies to improve how humans deal with ICT and their well-being. He also conduct research on web science, digital health, innovation and entrepreneurship.
