Hi, thanks for expressing an interest in me and what I do. Well, I'm a consultant, mentor, author and speaker dedicated to the deeper understanding and development of business and the people within them, and here is my story...

Born in South Wales, I left school to pursue roles in Engineering, the Military, and Risk Management. From 1995, I progressed quickly through advisory, managerial and consultancy roles, working with both SME businesses and national organisations within the public and private sectors.

My leadership and innovation skills within management, consulting and business growth have proven results. Building businesses from new-start to highly profitable multi-million pound turnover companies, on both sides of the Atlantic.

From around 2004, I began my own journey and study of Personal Success Strategies, and the psychology of personal enhancement. I began training under the best minds on the subject, and became a licenced Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I began to realise the true value of my teams, placing performance coaching and mentoring at the top of my priority list.

Early 2010, I moved into private practice, providing leadership and business development support to Executives and Businesses. Following a year of short term engagements, I relocated to Toronto taking an Interim Executive position, and lead the development of a new Canadian Consultancy Business. During that time, my attention turned to psychology and human behaviour relating to influence, engagement and marketing. In particular, Video Media Influence and Digital Marketing.

Returning to the UK in the winter of 2012, I began offering consulting and coaching services specialising in the development and engagement of businesses, their leaders and their teams.

With an extensive experience across the solo-entrepreneur, SME and corporate environment, my key performances and personal achievement are based upon behavioural psychology, seeking and applying leading edge strategies; direct leadership and inspiration; and performance coaching for success.

My passion is now firmly in the field of Psychological Influence and Behaviour, and its application in business start-ups, business growth, leadership and operational performance of their teams. A strong advocate of personal and business development based upon sustainable values, clear goals and performance measurement.
