I am from Baltimore, Maryland and I currently live in Phoenix. I am a full-time student studying psychology and various health/nutrition courses as stepping stones to fulfill my dream of opening a full wellness center. I want to be able to help people no matter what field or career im involved in and I believe we who understand the world and knowledge have the beautiful burden of making the planet a better place to live for everyone on the planet. I like to maximize my potential by doing everything with passion. I believe that by balancing our personal core values physical, mental, spiritual to name a few, we can increase our enjoyment in life and decrease conditions that are falsely labeled as predispositions that lead to disease or poor health on various levels. I am a positive person and I love to encourage others to be the same.
