I am a former Marine. Self-driven motivator, managing with honesty and respect while building an unparalleled staff loyalty that shows in results. Having worked my way from the "hands on" work force and up the corporate ladder gives me an unique prospective. One that makes me equally as comfortable contributing to technical solutions on the shop floor as I am in the board room discussing corporate growth either organically or through acquisitions.

I love to learn. What ever the subject I am drawn to the process of learning. The process more than the content or the result, is especially exciting to me. I am energized by the steady and deliberate journey from ignorance to competence.
