Darrell Manet

Born and raised in Muncie, Indiana, I spent nearly 30 years as a Hoosier before settling in Northern Kentucky, just minutes from downtown Cincinnati.

Academically, I thrived as a dedicated student and enthusiastic (though mediocre) athlete, earning a scholarship to Ball State University and admission into the Honors College. With a passion for learning, I explored a variety of disciplines before earning a Bachelor's Degree with double minors in Business Information Technology and History.

Today, my greatest joy comes from being a father to two wonderful boys. Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, golf, camping, and board game nights with friends.

Professionally, my career has taken an unconventional yet enriching path, spanning roles in event services, sports facility management, educational publishing, project management, SaaS implementation, and eCommerce. Each role has expanded my skill set, refining my expertise in project management, technical solutions, and business operations. My ability to adapt quickly and master steep learning curves has led to success in diverse industries—from navigating complex tax laws at Paycor to thriving in the dynamic world of Amazon and eCommerce.

Beyond technical expertise, my greatest strength lies in building relationships. I foster trust with clients and colleagues through dependability, organization, responsiveness, and respect. I also thrive in leadership, mentoring, and cross-departmental collaboration, always seeking opportunities to improve processes and drive positive change.
