I have been a full time personal trainer and health coach for over 14 years, I love my job and the people I work with.
My introduction to fitness training started over 20 years ago with martial arts classes and my passion for exercise is still to improve my abilities as a martial artist. I am a senior instructor for Shaolin Freestyle Chinese Boxing with a 3rd Degree Black Sash, a 1st Degree Black Belt in Al Peasland's Complete Self Protection and have recently started on down the pathway of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Since the time of my first martial arts lesson, I have strived to push myself and regularly set myself challenges to complete; from running a marathon or triathlon to completing the gruelling Winter ToughGuy race, the summer one was a breeze in comparison. I need a goal to aim at to keep pushing myself and I encourage our bootcamp members and personal training clients to set themselves goals that will challenge them and inspire them to achieve. With many achieving far more than they thought was possible during their time with us.
As a health and lifestyle coach, I specialise in injury rehabilitation, sports conditioning and rapid fat loss.
