I'm passionate about making a change to the workplace and helping companies and employees make better effective use of the 1/3 of our waking hours we spend at work. The archaic notion that we should put up with being disengaged and unhappy at work is crazy - we should do what we can to ensure each of us can contribute to our highest potential by being as engaged as possible.
