I'm a Gen Z and Millennial expert, as I have extensive leadership experience in higher education, career development, and student affairs. My diverse work background also includes corporate, nonprofit, & public service/government sectors. I'm an innovative/proactive problem-solver, with strong customer service and external-relation skill sets.

My past experiences have included: Boys & Girls Club of America, Oregon State University, Borders Group, Inc.; George Fox University, State of Oregon/Department of Human Services, Upper Iowa University, and Crown College.

​In 2014 I was asked to join the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Waconia-West Carver, and I served in various roles until 2019 (Past President, 2018-19; President, 2017-18;President-elect, 2016-17; Public Relations/Technology Chair, 2014-17 & 2018-19).

​I am a huge advocate for students having internships and relevant work experience since a lot of learning also takes place in the workplace, outside the academic classroom. Students need to engage, envision, and equip. Networking makes ALL the difference.
