Darren Pincus

Darren Pincus is the Vice President of Business Development for Sentynl Therapeutics, Inc. His vast experience in business development, and extensive proven track record of successfully completed transactions are a boon to the Sentynl team. He has a long history with broad therapeutic experience, from acute-care hospital, to specialty CNS/pain, to metabolic disorders, oncology, rheumatology, transplant, and urology, and is a huge asset to the team. Before joining Sentynl, Mr. Pincus was Executive Director of Corporate and Business Development for Pacira Pharmaceuticals, where he was responsible for in-licensing and international out-licensing, at both developmental and commercial stages, as well as pipeline initiatives.

Prior to that, Darren Pincus was the Vice President of Corporate Development EKR therapeutics, (later acquired by Cornerstone Therapeutics) where he led the Corporate Development function. He has worked in senior business development roles in companies such as Alpharma, Savient Pharma, and PLIVA/Odyssey Pharma. He has developed an expertise and competency in all functional facets of the business development process, from prospecting, evaluation, and due diligence, to transaction structuring, negotiations, and post-contract closing administration. He has created extensive contracts and productive, lasting relationships within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries domestically and abroad, which certainly makes him an asset.

Mr. Pincus began his career in the Global Healthcare Corporate Finance practice of Arthur Anderson, LLP, and previously earned his B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
