Welcome to tadkawithatwist!

Its a new beginning to write something about the thing which I enjoy doing. The first's in life are always special so is this one. Its been a long journey of cooking over time from not knowing the abc of cooking to almost now cooking every possible dish in no time.

To start with this wouldn't have been possible without my husband who is an ardent foodie. This led to several amalgamations in the kitchen for my loving husband and 2 little children who constitute my life and everything.

The Desserts and Bakery section will be mainly posted by my elder child who loves baking and fiddles with her experiments in baking in her spare time.

This blog is a diary of my adventures in home cooking. Stay with me as I write about my attempts to cook our everyday meals, delicacies from various indian regions and cuisines around the world. With few recipes I might stick to the basics and while with others I might add my own twist.
