With over 25 years of rich and diverse experience in the education sector, I am a passionate and impact-driven professional committed to empowering learners and creating transformative educational outcomes across India.

Currently, 𝐈 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞-𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐒𝐑 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐊–12 segment across key states, including Gujarat, Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Odisha, Bihar, and Rajasthan—focusing on equitable access, quality education, and long-term impact.

Previously, I spearheaded education initiatives in Gujarat, managing 300+ SKP centres and implementing major 𝐍𝐒𝐃𝐂 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬 like 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐑, 𝐏𝐌𝐊𝐕𝐘, 𝐄𝐒𝐃𝐌, 𝐑𝐏𝐋, 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐇𝐀, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐤𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐮𝐫 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐨. My experience spans leadership roles in 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐮𝐦 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 for 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬, where I’ve mentored countless students and helped shape future professionals. As a 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 for over a decade, I’ve been closely involved in enhancing skill development and employability at major training centres.

I actively contribute to society as a 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 of the Indian Council for Technical Research and Development (𝐈𝐂𝐓𝐑𝐃), an Active Member of the Human Rights Council of India (𝐇𝐑𝐂𝐈), and a member of the 500 𝐌𝐁𝐀 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛.
