Music has always been my heart's language, expressing everything I feel – from love and heartbreak to hope and faith. As a 4th-year Music Technology student producing and writing my own music, I’m not just learning the craft; I’m living it, creating songs in Tagalog and English that I hope will inspire others. Whether I’m strumming my guitar in different places, my mission is simple: to share my music, my journey, and my heart with the world.
I started my musical journey when I was in grade 4, learning to play the guitar in YouTube video guitar tutorials. Since then, my love for music has only grown. I taught myself how to sing by practicing almost every day. Though it wasn’t always easy, and there were moments when I almost gave up, I kept pushing forward. Sometimes, I doubted myself and didn’t feel “good enough” to be a musician. But through perseverance, faith, and practice, I’ve learned to trust my abilities. I believe that if you don’t give up, you can make it through anything, no matter how hard the journey gets.
I’ve had the privilege of performing at local cafes, beach resorts, and even at my church, and each performance reminds me of why I love being a musician. Singing in front of people has helped me gain confidence and grow as an artist. I dream of playing my songs in more places, sharing my music with more people, and inspiring other artists to do the same. I want to encourage others to put their work out there, no matter how intimidating it may seem. We all have a unique gift to offer, and no voice is too small to be heard.
I am incredibly thankful to the Lord for the talents He has blessed me with. Every note I sing, and every song I write is a way for me to express my gratitude. I want the world to know me through my music, and I hope my songs inspire others to keep going, no matter the challenges they face. I love being a musician, and I can’t wait to see where this journey will take me.
