Daryn DeZengotita

Daryn is a Social Media entrepreneur, community volunteer and mother of two. A graduate of Texas A&M; University, her career has waltzed in and out of marketing, politics, direct sales, and personal technology. Recently, she launched scatter-brain.biz to bring resources and little humor to a busy woman's world. She also supports other small businesses to launch and maintain their social media presence. Daryn feels a strong commitment to progressive political issues, and enjoys a rich internal dialogue with liberal talkers like Stephanie Miller, Randi Rhodes and Rachel Maddow. She's a podcast junkie. Oh, and science fiction. Especially Battlestar Galactica. Daryn and her Partner, Celia, share their home with two brilliant boys, Alex and Jake, and two good dogs. Friends and family fill their lives with joy and bewilderment. In the coming years, Daryn hopes to learn more about the residential solar industry. She has ideas for marketing that are just slightly ahead of their time for now. In the near term, she will be working hard to see more progressive legislators elected up and down the ballot so that this industry will have a fighting chance.
